Privacy Policy

How Raymond collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Introduction

Raymond is committed to protecting the privacy of all Platform users. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have regarding your information.

This Policy applies to all Raymond users, including Service Providers (barbers and barbershop owners) and Clients (people who book appointments through the Platform).

Raymond is operated by M&M Services and Solutions LLC, Greenville, South Carolina.


2. Information We Collect

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use Raymond, we may automatically collect device type, browser type, and operating system; IP address and approximate location; pages visited and features used; session timestamps and referral source.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

We may receive information from payment processors (Stripe) such as transaction confirmation data; SMS providers (Telnyx) such as delivery status and opt-out records; and analytics providers providing aggregated usage data.


3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; process bookings and send appointment confirmations and reminders; deliver SMS communications you have consented to receive; process payments and manage billing; respond to support requests; detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized access; comply with legal obligations; and analyze usage trends.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We may send Service Providers promotional communications about new features. You can opt out at any time. We do not send unsolicited marketing to Clients.


4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 Between Users When a Client books an appointment, we share the Client's name and phone number with the applicable Service Provider for appointment management purposes only. Service Providers agree to use this information only for appointment-related communications.

4.2 Service Vendors We share information with vendors who help operate the Platform:

4.3 Legal Compliance We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Raymond, its users, or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers If Raymond is acquired or undergoes a merger or similar transaction, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We will notify you prior to your information becoming subject to a different privacy policy.

4.5 With Your Consent We may share your information in other ways with your explicit consent.


5. Data Retention

We retain your information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Upon account closure, we delete or anonymize your information within 90 days, except where legal or compliance obligations require longer retention.

SMS opt-out records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences. Appointment records may be retained for up to 3 years for business and legal compliance purposes.


6. Your Rights and Choices

6.1 Access and Correction You may access and update your account information through your account settings at any time. Contact privacy@raymondbooking.com for assistance.

6.2 SMS Opt-Out Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of automated SMS. You will receive a single confirmation message. Reply START to resubscribe.

6.3 Email Opt-Out Click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email or contact us to stop promotional emails. Transactional account emails will continue.

6.4 Account Deletion Request deletion of your account and personal information at privacy@raymondbooking.com. We will process your request within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

6.5 California Residents (CCPA) California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of personal information; opt out of the sale of personal information (Raymond does not sell personal information); and receive non-discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Platform and analyze usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect Platform functionality. We do not engage in cross-site tracking for advertising purposes.


8. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No transmission method is 100% secure. In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.


9. Children's Privacy

Raymond is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, contact privacy@raymondbooking.com and we will delete it promptly.


10. Third-Party Links

The Platform may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for those parties' privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies.


11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by Platform or email notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
